So... how did I end up here? Well, it’s been a wild, wonky, wonderful ride.
I grew up with Access Consciousness, literally.
My dad, Gary M. Douglas, created it, and I was the kid running around classes, soaking it all in before I even knew what it was. These tools shaped my life... and let’s be honest, still keep me sane today.
Somewhere along the way, I married an amazing man, became a mom to two wild and awesome boys, and turned my life into this big, beautiful adventure.
When I’m not facilitating classes or sharing tools for creating more ease, you’ll find me traveling the world, getting lost in art and design, or tracking down the next unforgettable meal (food = life).
And if there’s one thing I know for sure... It’s that life doesn’t have to be serious to be brilliant.
