1. WHAT DATA DO WE STORE?
We store the data necessary to maintain our relationships with customers and clients. This may include your full name, email address, and country, and in some cases, additional details such as your phone number, home and work addresses, and information about dependents.
For tax purposes, if you attend a class or purchase a product, we will store your tax or VAT identification number and the data required to issue an accurate invoice according to the relevant tax laws.
We also keep a record of your classes and purchases to track whether you meet the prerequisites for advanced classes or other offerings.
If you hold a certification with Grace Douglas, we will maintain records of your certifications to provide the services agreed upon in your facilitator or practitioner agreements.
In addition, we may store your shipping and billing addresses to fulfill product deliveries and verify payments.
2. WHY DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?
We store your data to provide the services you’ve requested and to fulfill our contractual obligations.
Personal data allows us to send you information, products, free resources, and register you for classes and telecalls.
By keeping track of your purchases and class attendance, we can verify your prerequisites for future advanced classes or certifications. If you’re working towards a facilitator certification with Grace Douglas, we use this information to confirm your qualifications.
Recordings of classes and telecalls are stored and shared with participants for playback. Some of these recordings may later be sold as products.
Storing your data also enables our systems to better serve you. For example, when you register for a class, you won’t have to re-enter your details each time. Your class history may also qualify you for special pricing or offers.
3. WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA?
Within Grace Douglas’ team, only individuals who need access to your data to fulfill our services and agreements will have it. This includes communications and marketing teams, event organizers, administrative staff, and select contractors.
From time to time, we may work with third-party service providers, such as IT consultants and accountants, who will have limited access to your data as needed to fulfill legal requirements or improve our services.
If you register for a class with one of Grace Douglas' facilitators or practitioners, they will receive your basic contact information (full name, email, country, and phone number) so they can support your participation in their class. This applies to live classes, telecalls, online courses, and livestreamed events.
Please note:
A facilitator only receives your basic contact information when you sign up for one of their classes. They do not have access to your full purchase or class history, or your tax information.
4. DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA?
We only share your data with facilitators and practitioners with whom you register for a class or session. All facilitators are independent contractors, and we have data-sharing agreements in place with them.
Please note:
We do not share your data with facilitators you have not taken a class with.
All facilitators and subcontractors are bound by data protection agreements consistent with our privacy policy.
5. HOW LONG IS THE DATA STORED?
We keep your data as long as:

10. HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR DATA?
All Grace Douglas team members, contractors, and service providers are bound by non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and trained in data protection.
Access to your data is secured and limited to those with permission. Facilitators and subcontractors are required to adhere to our data protection policies.
