Can I return Grace Douglas digital products?

No, digital products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Can I cancel my Grace Douglas paid subscriptions?

Yes, you may cancel your subscriptions at any time by logging into your account.
The timing of your cancellation within your billing cycle will determine whether you are charged for the next billing cycle.
Please note: There are no refunds for paid subscriptions.

Can I cancel my Grace Douglas seminars or classes?

Yes, you can cancel your class registration before the class begins; however, cancellation fees may apply.

• An 8% refund fee applies to all class refunds.

• Any additional fees (bank fees, credit card fees, PayPal fees, etc.) deducted during the transaction process are non-refundable.

• Refunds are not available for classes where you have already received access to class details (such as Zoom links, class manuals, or recordings), unless otherwise approved by the facilitator.

• Classes that require a deposit or include accommodations are not fully refundable or transferable, and cancellation fees may apply.

For live classes: A refund is only possible if the class is canceled by lunchtime on Day 1 and if you have attended only part of the class.
